Who We Are

PC Expert is a remote PC support service. This app lets customers submit support issues and chat with our technicians.

What We Collect

Email address and name (for your account)
WhatsApp number (so our technician can contact you)
UltraViewer ID (so our technician can connect to your PC remotely)
Screenshots you attach to a support issue
Chat messages between you and our technician
Payment confirmation data (via Google Play Billing)

What We Do NOT Collect

UltraViewer passwords — we never store your remote-access password. Our technician connects using the session ID only.
Payment card details — all payments go through Google Play. We never see your card information.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to provide PC support services. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties except as required to deliver the service (e.g. Firebase for authentication and database storage).

Data Retention & Deletion

After an issue is resolved, all chat messages and screenshots are automatically deleted within 24 hours. You can delete your entire account from Profile → Delete Account, which removes all your data immediately and permanently.

Remote Access

Remote access (via UltraViewer) only happens when you submit a support issue. You are in full control of the session — you can end it at any time by closing UltraViewer on your PC.

Children

This app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
